About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Lead Advisor to join our team at Kohl's. As a Beauty Lead Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients by identifying their needs and providing personalized product recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends.
  • Sales and Service: Drive sales through consultative selling and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the Beauty Team to ensure they meet Sephora at Kohl's standards.
  • Visual Merchandising: Execute and maintain all Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure timely and consistent sales floor replenishment to drive sales and enhance the client experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence in a clear and concise manner, and availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two-person lift.
  • Mobility: Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push, and pull on a frequent basis.
  • Standing/Walking: Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).
  • Vision: Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
