Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of our operational and production support processes. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring trends, detecting and preventing systemic issues, and providing critical insights to leadership to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 Support for technical and operational issues related to BHN Core systems.
  • Develop advanced structured queries using SQL to research and validate data.
  • Analyze application logs and build alerts and dashboards using tools like Splunk.
  • Access and read database event logs.
  • Develop an understanding of BHN application inner-operability.
  • Maintain reporting of ticketing volume.

Requirements

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • English proficiency level of 90% or higher.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in different geographic locations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Experience with advanced SQL queries and database tools.
  • Experience in log and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS like MySQL.
  • Basic understanding of Unix/Linux commands.
  • Experience with scripting languages (preferably Python).
