Job Title: Delivery Driver

Redcon1 Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in the Greenfield/Indianapolis area.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-obsessed Delivery Driver to work 4 10-hour shifts, including at least one shift on Saturday or Sunday. Our company vehicle will be provided, and no CDL is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
  • Use a hand-held device for routing information and customer delivery information.
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
  • Load and unload packages to be delivered.
  • Be customer-obsessed and strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
  • Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
  • Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Paid training.
  • Paid for a 10-hour day when you finish early per Bonus Pay Policy.
  • Paid overtime.
  • Health insurance and benefits.

  • Summer and winter uniforms provided.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
