Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at University Partners. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
  • Lease Execution: Effectively lease apartments in accordance with occupancy goals.
  • Marketing: Conduct outside marketing under the direction of the Assistant Manager and the Community Manager.
  • Application Review: Conduct application review for each lease including credit and income verifications and background checks.
  • Lease Administration: Complete lease paperwork and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other proper documentation and signatures.
  • Move-In Process: Coordinate move-in process with new residents, including completing lease packet at time of move-in.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; or High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, sales, and negotiation skills. Good communication and listening skills. Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Working Environment:

This position requires frequent interaction with prospective residents, current residents, and colleagues. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
