Job Summary:The Float Surgical Technologist will work in various surgical departments, providing technical assistance and support to surgeons and other healthcare professionals. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and supplies
- Assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals during surgical procedures
- Provide patient care and support during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Two (2) years' of experience as a Surgical Technologist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with other healthcare professionals
