Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that customers feel welcome and valued.
  • Merchandise products in a visually appealing manner, ensuring that the bakery looks its best at all times.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including promotions and in-store displays.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized bakery environment.
  • Assist with production as needed, including baking and preparing products.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about learning new skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant retail experience and experience handling cash, credit card, and debit transactions is an asset.
Physical Requirements
  • Continuous standing and walking for all tasks.
  • Constant use of both hands.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 15 pounds, reaching below shoulder level, bending, and turning.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending, and reaching above shoulder level.
