WIC Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate WIC Dietitian to join our team at Primary Health Solutions. As a WIC Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing medical nutrition therapy and education to patients and families in our community.

• Conduct comprehensive dietary assessments and develop personalized nutrition care plans for patients and families.
• Provide education and counseling on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and nutrition-related topics.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Develop and maintain nutrition education materials and literature.
• Document patient interactions and progress in electronic health records.

• Active bachelor's degree in Dietetics.
• Registered or registry eligible with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics/Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Licensed with the Ohio Board of Dietetics - Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics/Commission on Dietetic License.
• Experience in public health/community dietetics.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.
