This role involves performing various tasks, including patient assessments, critical care procedures, blood gas analysis, equipment maintenance, and patient education. The successful candidate must possess strong critical thinking skills and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care through accurate assessments, interventions, and treatments
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized patient plans
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current research and best practices in respiratory care
  • Ensure seamless equipment management and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences or related field
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care
  • State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners
  • Ongoing certification in Basic Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in professional respiratory care roles

Work Schedule: Full-time night shifts, 7 pm to 7 am

Estimated Salary: $70,000 per year.
