Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Specialist to partner in the growth of our specialty care clinics, providing excellent patient care and contributing to the development of our team.
Responsibilities- Partner with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Manage laboratory results, prescription refills, prior authorizations, and daily patient schedules.
- Direct patient care, including immunizations, medication administration, point-of-care testing, and patient rooming.
- Implement and execute policies and clinical standards of practice.
- Provide phone triage specific to clinics.
- Participate in advanced certification and accreditation opportunities.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program required.
- Minimum of one year pediatric healthcare experience required; three or more years preferred.
- BCLS certification required.
- ACLS certification preferred.
- Valid Michigan RN license required.
