Nurse Practitioner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health Nursing and Rehab. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered nursing and rehabilitation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the highest level of service to all patients, families, and visitors.
• Support the Unit Manager in maintaining excellent clinical standards and patient experience.
• Ensure all assigned residents receive all medications, treatments, and nursing care as ordered.
• Complete all required documentation as per state/federal guidelines.

Requirements:

• Completion of an approved RN program.
• Perform clinical care professionally.
• Serve as patient advocate and role model to other Team Members.
• Deliver patient care with minimal disruptions and obstacles.
• Ability to effectively work on a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Long-term care facility experience.
• Prior work experience with geriatric and disabled populations.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish).

Licenses and Certifications:

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Basic Life Support.
• CPR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
• IV Certification.
