About the Role

The Sports Official is responsible for officiating Life Time basketball games, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Sports Official, you will work closely with our Sports League Coordinators and players to create a positive and engaging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Officiate basketball games in a fair, impartial, and professional manner
• Enforce all relevant rules and regulations during games
• Interact with players, coaches, and other officials in a respectful and cooperative manner
• Work closely with Sports League Coordinators to ensure seamless game execution
• Promote Life Time's products and services to members and non-members
• Communicate knowledge of Life Time's programs, services, and policies to members and prospective members

Requirements

To be successful as a Sports Official, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of referee experience
• General knowledge of basketball rules and regulations
• Certification as a basketball official through a recognized governing body
