Job OverviewAs a State Farm Insurance Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and developing strategies to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance plays in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals
- Self-motivated and proactive problem solver
- Able to learn computer functions and make presentations to potential customers
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
