At Nirvair Hospitality Llc, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of room assignments and payments.
- Process guest requests and communicate with other departments to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hotel standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve excellent guest satisfaction and hotel revenue goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
