Program Manager for Next Generation Information Technology Solutions

T-Rex Solutions, LLC is a mid-tier business providing data-centric mission services to the Federal government. We are seeking a senior executive to lead our Intelligence Community Division and direct a growing organization providing mission-critical program management and technology solutions to national security customers.

The ideal candidate will be a growth and team-oriented proven leader with a strong track-record of organizational leadership and business management. They will develop and execute strategy to expand our footprint at MPO, including prime contracts, and develop and nurture a culture of innovation and engineering capability and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all employees supporting critical Intel programs that delight our customers
  • Maintain and grow an inclusive culture and working environment
  • Partner with executive leaders, program managers, business operations managers, and technical leads to foster teamwork to achieve T-Rex enterprise and growth objectives
  • Oversee operational, financial and technical performance of the business unit, forecasting and budgeting for all Intelligence Community P&L personnel
  • Mentor and cultivate technical and leadership talent to enable business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 10 years' experience leading and winning complex information technology-based solution contracts in the Intel space, with a specific emphasis on the MPO space
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to access the customer and employees on-site
  • Experience leading a multi-faceted technical and program support organization with responsibility for staff development, performance, product delivery, and customer relationships
  • A strong network of both Government and Industry leadership in the Intel Community technology market space

Salary: The annual base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000.
