Job Summary:
Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Resource Coordinator-Imaging to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating all emergent add-on procedures for all imaging departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all emergent add-on procedures for all imaging departments.
- Act as a resource to the scheduling department or referring physician offices when questions arise about imaging procedures.
- Provide education to patients and staff relative to job function and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Two (2) years of administrative/clerical experience.
- BLS certified preferred.
- Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program preferred.
- Imaging scheduling experience preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
