The base hourly pay for this position is $18.40. As a seasonal Driver Helper, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary while gaining valuable experience in the transportation industry.

**Job Description**
As a UPS Seasonal Driver Helper, you will ride along with a Package Delivery Driver in our iconic brown trucks, assisting with package delivery and customer interactions. This role requires flexibility, as work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability. You will be provided with a meet point where the driver will pick you up, often in your neighborhood. Please note that Helpers do not drive the brown truck.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
* Enjoy working outside
* Stamina – this is a physically demanding role
* Legal right to work in the U.S.
* An eye for detail
* Reliable and responsible
* No experience necessary
* And a pair of sturdy work boots
