Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Provide high-quality speech therapy services to students in a virtual setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Write and implement IEPs, progress reports, and other documentation as required
  • Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current licensure in North Carolina (SLP-CCC)
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in school-based speech therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
