Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at a Successful and Growing Manufacturer. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization that produces high-quality green consumer products.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the shipment of goods via UPS and FedEx, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Your duties will include verifying drum labels, pulling and packing orders, processing returns, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify all drums, pails, and cartons for shipment are properly labeled
  • Pull, pack, identify, and reserve all UPS and FedEx orders
  • Process UPS/FedEx return shipments from customers
  • Pack items in accordance with EFP sustainability policies
  • Notify Shipping & Receiving Manager of low-level items in the UPS/FedEx area
  • Process orders through UPS/FedEx software, ship orders, and print bills of lading
  • Submit bills of lading to corporate for immediate billing of ecommerce orders
  • E nsure inter-office mail is shipped daily
  • Maintain stock items neat and organized
  • Ensure dock area is clean, organized, safe, and in good working condition

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED; previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred
  • Previous experience using UPS/FedEx software
  • Forklift experience and/or certification required
  • Able to safely lift bottles, boxes, tools, equipment, and other necessary items (up to 50 lbs)
  • Able to read, comprehend, and follow instructions
  • Able to manage time effectively and multitask
  • Detail-oriented with ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
