Primary Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering personalized solutions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards and best practices.
  • Support sales growth through effective merchandise presentation, replenishment, and sizing strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales results, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store culture.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail experience a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
  • Physical ability to move freely on the sales floor and stockroom, lift up to 50 pounds, and ascend/descend ladders safely.

The estimated annual salary for this position falls within a range of $31,200 to $38,700, based on an hourly rate between $15.50 and $18.75 and a 40-hour workweek.
