Job Opportunity: Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in a critical access hospital setting.

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide rehabilitation services to patients to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
