About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team at Benchmark Senior Living. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and community
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring residents receive nutritious and delicious meals
  • Support residents with mobility and transfer needs, using assistive devices as necessary
  • Respond to emergencies and personal emergency response system, ensuring resident safety and well-being
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience working with seniors highly desirable
  • Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
  • Availability to work a 3-week training program, with full-time hours
