The File Clerk will be responsible for sorting and filing paperwork, scanning and saving documents to designated Tradebe online folders, ensuring they are stored appropriately, and locating files when needed. This is a Monday - Friday position that starts at $16.00/hour paid weekly.
Key Responsibilities- Codifies, files, retrieves, and keeps electronic company records.
- Examines material and codes it numerically, alphabetically, by subject matter, or other specified system.
- Searches for and investigates information contained in files, adds additional data to file records, completes reports, keeps files current, and supplies information from file data or electronic data files.
- Ability to work independently with little to minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate filing.
- Effective time management skills are necessary to handle a significant volume of documents.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Experience entering large amounts of data is a plus.
