**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in our Level III and IV NICUs. As a key member of our care teams, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and NICU Hospitalists to deliver comprehensive care to our patients. Your expertise will be invaluable in attending high-risk deliveries, providing medical management, and transporting critically ill newborns with our Medflight Peds/Neo Team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's or Doctorate's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in the state(s) of practice. You should also have active board certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and experience working in a Level III or IV NICU. Additionally, you will need to have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
