Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the junk truck at all times.
- Perform daily truck inspections to ensure all equipment and safety features are in working order.
- Educate clients about pricing and services, providing 110% satisfaction.
- Lead by example, demonstrating the core values of College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving.
- Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
- Complete Daily Checklists.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation: $9.50-$15/hour, plus tips and bonuses.
