We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Traveling Registered Nurse. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Job Summary:

This Traveling Registered Nurse position is a 13-week assignment, working 36 hours per week, with a 12-hour night shift schedule. As a Traveling Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, remaining flexible and responsive to patient needs.
