Job Summary:
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, operating equipment, and maintaining related records. This role requires a strong understanding of patient positioning, identification, and exposure techniques, as well as knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform standardized radiological radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, utilizing proper patient position, identification, and exposure techniques.
2. Operate and maintain all equipment within the modality, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
3. Set up and adjust immobilization and radiation protective equipment and devices, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
4. Review and analyze patient body size, thickness, age, physical condition, and suspected pathology to perform examinations effectively.
5. Assist physicians with various procedures, providing support and expertise as needed.
6. Report equipment malfunctions and the need for adjustments or repairs, ensuring continuous operation and quality care.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient examinations, procedures, and equipment maintenance.
8. Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures, contributing to the improvement of radiologic services.
9. Collaborate with students in educational training, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance their skills.

Requirements:
1. Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
2. Certification as a Certified Radiology Technologist within 24 months, obtained through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
3. Strong communication, organizing, and preceptor skills, with the ability to work effectively in a clinical environment.
