**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated Preplanning Consultant to join our team at Citizens Fidelity Insurance Co. As a Preplanning Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping families plan and prepare for their funeral services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Meet with families prior to a death occurring to discuss their funeral planning needs
* Provide guidance and support to families in selecting the right funeral services and products
* Sell monuments, markers, and memorials to families in cemeteries around Arkansas
* Help guide families through the process of buying cemetery spaces throughout our 9 cemeteries in Arkansas
* Participate in community education and special events hosted by our funeral homes

**Requirements:**

* Prior sales experience is helpful but not necessary
* Must be a licensed insurance agent
* Special training in advance planning and insurance is required
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
