Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Technician Lead to join our team at Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers, ensuring that their IT needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and network systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and network equipment
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce technical issues
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technical staff
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification
  • Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework
