Soliant Health is currently seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time positions at a school district near Bastrop, TX. These roles are perfect for professionals who enjoy working with diverse age groups and providing comprehensive speech and language services in a dynamic school setting.
Responsibilities- Provide speech and language therapy services to students ranging from PreK to 12th grade.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50-55 students, split across two schools per SLP.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff.
- Perform progress monitoring, complete billing, and maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Utilize a hybrid model to deliver services, combining in-person and virtual therapy sessions as needed.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Texas SLP license or ability to obtain one.
- Experience working with a diverse age range of students, from preschool to high school, is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and work in a hybrid model of service delivery.
