Highly Skilled Anesthesiology Specialist

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Anesthesia Department at CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center. This opportunity offers a diverse case mix and fosters a collaborative environment among CRNAs and MDAs.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing anesthesia in a collaborative environment, utilizing new equipment for enhanced patient care. They will also have flexible scheduling options with opportunities for 8/10/12-hour shifts and additional hours.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position is competitive and includes a premium pay rate of $150 per hour for any hours worked over 40 in a week. Additionally, there are shift differential pay rates for evenings, nights, and weekends. The package also includes excellent benefits such as a 403(b) retirement account with an employer match, generous paid time off, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and wellbeing benefits.
In addition to these benefits, the organization offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes a starting salary estimated to be around $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience. The total annual salary including benefits is estimated to be between $170,000 to $250,000.
