Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Scientist to join our team at a top southwestern FL client. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing clinical laboratory testing for all patient types in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform waived, moderate, and high-complexity tests in accordance with state, federal, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Complete equipment maintenance, quality control, and quality management activities in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and departmental policies and procedures.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time opportunity available on both day and night shifts.

Requirements:

We require a Laboratory Scientist with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of laboratory protocols and procedures is essential.

Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
