Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Sierra Medical Center. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine their occupational therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer occupational therapy treatments and modalities to help patients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Conduct assessments and reassessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Direct and supervise occupational therapy assistants and aides to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Current state licensure for Occupational Therapy.
- Three (3) or more years of previous experience in all aspects of occupational therapy preferred.
