Work-Life Balance

We offer a 4.5-day work week, with no hospital or weekend shifts. Our physicians enjoy a great work-life balance, with a day that starts at 8:15 and ends before 5. We also offer a 1:6 phone call ratio on weekdays and 1:9 on weekends.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an excellent earnings potential, a full benefits package, moving expenses, malpractice insurance, medical/dental/vision paid insurance premiums, life/disability insurance, and a 401K plan. We also offer production bonuses and a partnership track for our physicians.

Requirements

  • Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med Peds experience
  • Board certification or eligibility
  • Current licensure in the state of Alabama
