  • Room Maintenance: Restock and replace used items within guest rooms, and communicate the clean status of each room upon completion.
  • Supply Management: Stock supply carts and ensure they are neat and well-organized at all times.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional, neat, and organized appearance according to Omni Boston Seaport standards.
  • Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and effectively in any emergency or safety situations, ensuring a safe working and guest environment.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
  • Experience: Prior housekeeping experience required or other relevant environmental services experience.
  • Physical Demands: Stand or walk for extended periods, frequent bending, reaching overhead, and squatting.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English with guests, management, and co-workers.
