Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Holy Family Hospital. As a licensed mammography technologist, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex breast imaging procedures, including stereotactic biopsies, needle localizations, and bone densities. You will also be responsible for monitoring the functioning of breast imaging equipment and reporting malfunctions as needed.
Responsibilities- Perform mammography procedures, including screening and diagnostic mammography, stereotactic biopsies, and needle localizations
- Monitor the functioning of breast imaging equipment and report malfunctions as needed
- Provide patients with educational information associated with breast health and mammography
- Ensure good patient care, comfort, safety, and confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Certified and registered with ARRT as a Radiologist Technologist and a Mammography Technologist
- Valid up-to-date Commonwealth of Massachusetts License with MSRT
- BLS required
