Habilitation Specialist

QSAC, Inc. is seeking a Habilitation Specialist to join our team. As a Habilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and living independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living skills, such as personal care and household management
• Support individuals in developing and maintaining relationships
• Implement and adhere to established treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other staff members
• Transport individuals in agency vehicles as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
