Habilitation Specialist

QSAC, Inc. is seeking a Habilitation Specialist to join our team. As a Habilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and living independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living skills, such as personal care and household management
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining relationships
- Implement and adhere to established treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other staff members
- Transport individuals in agency vehicles as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
