Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Springfield, VT. As a Temp PT, you will work in an outpatient setting, providing hands-on care to patients with a variety of conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct evaluations and treatments for patients with post-operative care, joint replacement, back pain, tendonitis issues, and general deconditioning.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitative programs for patients with balance and vertigo issues.
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- 2 years of current PT experience required.
- Must be flexible and able to work inpatient PT as needed.
- Vertigo experience required, with LSVT BIG Certification preferred.
- Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy required.
- Previous rehab experience required.
- Previous travel experience required, with at least 3 months of experience.
- CPSI EMR experience highly preferred.
- Previous experience working with PTA's preferred.
- This is a small community without public transportation, so a reliable vehicle is a must.
- A competitive hourly rate.
- A flat hourly rate for OT.
- Holiday, call-back multipliers, and call pay.
- Work History.
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year.
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from within the past two years of employment.
- License/Certifications, including VT PT license and BLS.
