• Manage the waiting list during peak hours, accurately setting guest expectations and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Assist guests with special needs or requests, demonstrating genuine hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
• Engage in friendly conversation, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service, resolving any issues that may arise.
