We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Clinician to join our team at Providence Community Health Centers, Inc. in Providence, Rhode Island.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding opportunity to bring quality care to an underserved population in Providence. As a Family Medicine Clinician, you will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients in a weekday outpatient setting. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants, to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients in a weekday outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Qualifications and SkillsWe are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician with experience and interest in community health and patient-centered care. A strong commitment to cultural competency and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations is essential. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and multi-lingual skills are highly valued.
