Role Overview: The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for preparing and positioning patients for various diagnostic imaging procedures. This includes clearly explaining the processes and procedures to patients to ensure their comfort and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct specialized and routine diagnostic radiology procedures.
  • Process and review images for accuracy and quality control.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to x-ray imaging.
  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and professional work environment.
  • Perform medical assistant tasks, including taking vital signs and health histories, as well as managing electronic medical records (EMR).

Essential Skills:

  • ARRT certification is required.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Dependability and reliability in job performance.
  • Excellent bedside manner and patient interaction skills.

Employment Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire position.

Work Schedule: The role involves 4 shifts from Monday to Friday, typically from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with the possibility of working alternating weekends from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, totaling over 36 hours weekly.
