Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to join our team at KOHLER. As a Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of KOHLER products, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing exceptional support to our production teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, using an inventory management system to track product levels and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Product Installation and Dismantling: Lead the installation and dismantling of KOHLER products at various studio locations, ensuring that all products are properly installed and dismantled.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Schedule and execute deliveries of products to studio locations, coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt of products, and manage the return of products to the warehouse.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Provide proactive communication with production teams on product status, lead weekly production meetings to discuss product status and coordinate logistics, and work closely with the Beacon Construction Manager to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Inventory Management System: Utilize an inventory management system to track product levels, manage inventory, and ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist warehouse teams with product deliveries, including forklift and pallet jack operations, and manage the receipt and storage of products in the warehouse.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Run daily status reports to track product status and flag projects that may be in jeopardy, and provide regular updates to production teams on product status.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or trade certification.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a related field, including warehouse and/or product installation.
  • Skills: General knowledge of KOHLER plumbing products, hands-on experience with plumbing installation and dismantling, ability to operate a forklift, and experience with inventory management systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, strong oral and written communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced environment.
