About the Role

We are a growing mechanical contractor seeking an experienced BIM/VDC Drafter to support our design and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed and accurate drawings to support design and engineering teams
  • Translate conceptual designs into comprehensive, precise, and technically sound construction documents
  • Develop 3D models of HVAC and plumbing systems using Revit
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and project specifications
  • Familiarize yourself with building codes, standards, and regulations related to HVAC and plumbing systems
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Experience with BIM/VDC drafting
  • Experience with HVAC or Plumbing design
