- Knowledge and experience with residential building science, residential energy efficiency, and residential building construction.
- BPI Building Analyst or RESNET Rater Field Inspector certifications are preferred.
- Code/Energy inspector certification is also preferred.
- The capacity and desire to learn more about the industry.
- Physical ability to work on ladders and enter attics, basements, and other confined areas of a home.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds of equipment repeatedly throughout the day.
- Valid Driver's license, good driving record, and reliable vehicle required.
- Basic computer and keyboard competency and familiarity with MS Word & MS Excel.
- Must be able to pass a background check requirement.
- Possesses leadership skills and a teamwork attitude.
- Punctual, polite, and professional manner required.
- Ability to communicate with others effectively, both orally and in writing, in a professional and competent manner.
- Demonstrated strong organization and time management, which includes the ability to multi-task and run multiple projects concurrently.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client relations and satisfaction.
