About Us:
We provide essential waste management and disposal services to our local communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe operation of a Commercial CDL Truck, delivering dumpster containers to our valued customers while ensuring top-notch service.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Safely navigating a Commercial CDL Truck through various environments (Residential, Construction, Commercial, etc.).
  • Identifying optimal drop-off locations for dumpsters to prevent property damage.
  • Skillfully operating hydraulic controls to load and unload dumpsters.
  • Securing dumpster loads, covering them appropriately, and managing weight distribution before departure.
  • Reading route sheets and servicing each customer as assigned by the dispatcher.
  • Conducting daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Interacting courteously with customers.
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Work Environment:
The nature of our work involves handling heavy materials. While we have machinery to assist, there are times when manual effort is required. This service is provided year-round, regardless of weather conditions. Be prepared to work in diverse environments, including those with heavy diesel equipment and potentially dirty conditions.

Physical Demands:
  • Engaging in extensive physical activity, including consistent walking and lifting heavy objects (over 75 pounds).
  • Exiting and entering high-set trucks.
  • Working in environments with moderate noise levels and potential exposure to physical risks.
  • Facing outdoor weather conditions, including humidity, fumes, and vibrations.

At the end of each day, you will leave knowing you have made a positive impact on our customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record.
  • Possess a Class A or B CDL.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, starting around 6:00 am, with potential overtime.
  • Must be physically capable of meeting the job's demands.
