Coffee Connoisseur

We are seeking a highly skilled Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at Jaho Coffee Roaster & Wine Bar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail.

The Coffee Connoisseur will be responsible for managing a team of baristas, developing and executing plans to meet sales goals, and working closely with vendors to manage inventories.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of baristas to ensure seamless service delivery
• Developing and executing plans to meet sales goals and targets
• Working closely with vendors to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• 2 years experience as a specialty coffee barista
• Ability to pour latte art
• Calibration of grinders
• Familiarity with manual brew methods
• High School Diploma/GED
• ServSafe Certification preferred
• TIPS Certification
• Top-notch customer service skills
