Salary Range: $91,400 - $113,000 per year plus an annual bonus
Location: Hybrid schedule, in the office in Ada on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Job Overview:
We are seeking an Art Director with strong design skills to bring our creative strategies to life across various mediums for Amway's global brands. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Social Media Leads, Creative Project Managers, the Creative Solutions team, and external agencies to build Amway's brands and attract customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply brand strategy and standards, as well as design principles and best practices, to holistic brand and product launch campaigns across mediums.
- Develop creative concepts that deliver on brand and campaign strategies.
- Provide clear and actionable art direction to agencies, graphic artists, and other creative partners.
- Design and execute various creative elements as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a similar field of study.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in art direction, design, or a similar field.
- Comprehensive creative portfolio with individual contributions clearly attributed per project.
- Demonstrated experience working with holistic campaigns from concept to execution.
- Demonstrated experience in digital mediums, especially social media.
- Proven working knowledge of applied principles of graphic design.
- Ability to solve complex creative problems.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with premium consumer brands in the health and wellness, beauty, and personal care spaces.
- Experience with global brands and design for audiences in the West and East.
- Strong prioritization skills with an ability to manage a variety of projects.
- Understanding of emerging global social platforms and content trends.
