Job Title: Registered Nurse Operating Room

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View. As a Registered Nurse in our Operating Room, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our multispecialty surgery center.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical procedures and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a professional school of Nursing – BSN preferred.
  • Current license as a VA Registered Nurse.
  • BLS required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days.
  • 2 years' Operating Room experience preferred.
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
