Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Hybrid Therapy BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing naturalistic therapy to young children with autism, utilizing the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, oversee, and deliver naturalistic therapy for children aged 2-6 years old in a center-based setting.
- Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties.
- Design and implement services based on the ESDM, a play-based form of therapy.
- Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and communicate progress.
- Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate needed changes to team members and families.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- 3+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with ABA early intervention experience.
- Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
