Job Summary

K & M Waterproofing and Caulking is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Waterproofing Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying waterproofing membranes and caulking to ensure the integrity of our clients' buildings.

Responsibilities
  • Apply waterproofing membranes and caulking to buildings and structures
  • Ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail in all work
  • Work safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience in caulking and/or waterproofing
  • Valid driver's license and ability to get to and from job sites
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and over
  • Ability to work from extension ladders, step ladders, and scaffolding
  • Ability to use hand tools and maintain a clean work environment
