As a Dental Hygienist, you will be acknowledged as a premier clinical provider and advocate for patient care. You will play a vital role in the patient care team, dedicating the necessary time and attention to meet the needs of your patients.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Current dental hygienist license in Michigan and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and development of clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.
- Clinical needs as determined by the office.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Availability for virtual training sessions (or in-person) throughout the year.
